Notre client est une société internationale de promotion immobilière implantée à Luxembourg. Elle développe et réalise de grands projets résidentiels et tertiaires haut de gamme, à haute valeur architecturale et environnementale.

Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recherche un(e) Senior Project Manager Immobilier pour assurer le pilotage global et l'exécution de projets d'envergure.



LA MISSION

En tant que Senior Project Manager, vous êtes responsable du suivi complet des projets de construction, de la phase de conception (au niveau constructif) jusqu'à la livraison :

  • Superviser et coordonner les équipes internes et externes (bureaux d'études, architectes, entreprises générales, etc.)

  • Piloter les aspects techniques, budgétaires, administratifs et réglementaires locaux

  • Suivre les chantiers sur le terrain, en lien direct avec la direction technique

  • Assurer la conformité des projets avec les standards de qualit, les délais et les budgets

  • Anticiper les risques techniques

  • Être garant du bon déroulement des projets d'un point de vue opérationnel et contractuel



LE PROFIL

  • Ingénieur (construction/civil) ou architecture

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets immobiliers d'envergure à Luxembourg

  • Connaissance approfondie du marché luxembourgeois, des normes locales et du contexte réglementaire

  • Excellentes compétences en coordination, gestion de projet et leadership

  • Orienté solutions, rigoureux, autonome et doté d'un excellent relationnel

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets et de suivi de chantier
