Nous recherchons actuellement pour l'un de nos clients, basé à Luxembourg-Ville, un(e) :
Facility Officer (m/f)
En lien direct avec les supérieurs, les clients et visiteurs ; vous devez être capable de résoudre des problèmes et être orienté service clients.
Votre rôle :
- Préparation et vérification de la propreté des salles de réunion (demandes de boissons, aménagements etc)
- Participation à l'organisation de réunions de direction et divers évènements
- Réception et distribution du courrier dans les différents services
- Gestion des stocks tampons et interventions sur les imprimantes
- Participation à la sécurité du personnel (procédures de premiers secours, évacuation des locaux etc)
- Possibilité de venir renforcer l'équipe à la réception
Votre profil :
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou générales
- Maitrise impérative du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un avantage
- 2 à 3 ans d'expériences dans un environnement bureautique
- Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de les prioriser
- Excellente présentation et compétences communicationnelles
- Ponctualité, assiduité, ouverture d'esprit et capacité à résister au stress
- Autonomie, rigueur et discrétion
- Bonnes connaissances des applications Windows
Vous disposez d'un permis de travail pour le Luxembourg ainsi que d'un logement à Luxembourg ou à proximité.
