Billing Assistant

Our client, a well established company operating within the medical and pharmaceutical sector is seeking to recruit a Billing Assistant. You will be responsible for accounting and administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the invoicing and bookeeping
- Management and processing of the invoicing onto ERP System;
- Follow-up of the « day-to-day » accounting activities;
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations;
- Assist with month end and year end close process.
Requirements;
- Post secondary academic degree in accounting;
- 2+ years professional experience in billing and accounting
- Proficiency in Excel (macros, vlook-up, complex Pivot, ...)
- Good knowledge in SAP, is required;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Experience in working in cross-functional and multicultural environments;
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with a positive attitude;
- Open and transparent communication with the Head of Accounting;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an excellent team player;
- Fluency in English, good knowlege of French or Italian would be an asset
- Resident in Luxembourg and eligible to work there
