**Missions**:

- Pilotage et coordination de projets de construction dans le respect des coûts, des réglementations en vigueur des délais, de la qualité des livrables et de la satisfaction du client
- Réalisation des différents plannings en prenant en compte les données du cahier des charges et du budget
- Accompagnement des équipes de maitrise d’œuvre en tant que Project Manager
- Suivi de l’avancement des travaux sur base des critères de qualité, de sécurité, de respect des plannings et du budget
- Participation aux réunions nécessaires à la bonne marche des projets
- Rédaction des rapports de réunions de chantiers
- Analyse et évaluation de la concordance des matériaux utilisés dans la construction de bâtiments pour améliorer les performances du bâtiment selon les principes de l’économie circulaire

**Profil**:

- Détenteur d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur civil ou industriel ou éguivalent
- Détenteur d'une expérience de minimum 10 ans dans le domaine de la construction et de la gestion de projets (bureau d’études ou entreprise générale)
- Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de gestion de projets
- Vous êtes méthodique, pragmatique, avec une grande capacité d’adaptation
- Vous êtes autonome et dynamique
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques tel que : Msprojet, Office, Ergo sera considéré comme un atout supplémentaire
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais. La connaissance de l’allemand et/ou du luxembourgeois est considérée comme un atout sérieux.
