ALG Talent has a great opportunity for **a Project Manager** to join a well-established organisation based at **Mascot Airport.** This is a causal ongoing contract offering full time hours and the potential for permanency should you excel in the role. You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a great work-life balance.
As a Project Manager you will be in a key role ensuring various projects are executed and completed. This role will see you collaborate with a range of stake holders such as engineers, designers and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring projects are managed effectively being delivered on time and within budget.
- Constructing various project plans, ensuring project goals are clearly understand and that all resources required for various tasks are available.
- Ensure coordination through effective communication to various stakeholders (all levels).
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Proven experience as a project manager in the aviation or Automotive industry,** with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols in Australia (CASA).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
