Fondée en 1856, la Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) est la plus ancienne banque universelle du Grand-Duché. Responsabilités
**Vos missions**:
Vous contribuerez activement aux différentes missions du département fiscal de la Banque et vous serez, sous la responsabilité du Customer Taxes Team Leader, en charge de:
- traiter les demandes d’avis dans les domaines suivants:
- la fiscalité des produits et services bancaires au Luxembourg et dans les pays limitrophes ;
- la fiscalité des personnes physiques au Luxembourg et dans la Grande Région ;
- la législation relative aux échanges d’informations : DAC6, CRS/FATCA ;
- participer aux comités internes en vue d’apporter l’expertise fiscale au niveau des obligations de la Banque en terme d’échange d’informations (DAC6/CRS/FATCA) dans le cadre de l’entrée en relation ou de la revue de dossiers clients ;
- suivre les évolutions réglementaires en matière de fiscalité luxembourgeoise, européenne et internationale (OCDE) et d’en analyser les impacts pour la Banque ;
- s’assurer de la qualité des « Tax reportings » que la Banque met à la disposition de sa clientèle ;
- accompagner les métiers dans leur développement commercial par une participation active aux différents projets, l’organisation de formations fiscales, la publication de news internes ;
- assurer la liaison avec les autres départements de la Banque (Compliance, équipes KYC et taxes opérationnelles).
Exigences obligatoires
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes diplômé de formation de type Bac+4/Bac+5 en droit ou économie accompagnée d’une spécialisation en droit fiscal ;
- Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle de minimum 7 ans dans une fonction similaire dans une banque ou un cabinet de conseil à Luxembourg ;
- La connaissance de la fiscalité opérationnelle appliquée aux valeurs mobilières et autres produits bancaires constitue un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, la connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l'allemand constituant un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office et en particulier Powerpoint ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du monde de la banque et des fonds d’investissements.
