**Job Content**:
As a **Product Manager Team Leader** you will be responsible of a team in charge of product development & management in the telco environment. You will need to be confident in guiding, supporting the team in the day to day mission.
As a team leader you will communicate key goals, coordinate, define responsibilities and help also in the day to day challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure the operational management of the department in close collaboration with the Staffs/cross-functional teams, coordinating and supervising their activities

Manage the full product lifecycle, whilst working closely with other teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Technical - architecture, service delivery & support teams)

Manage the reporting of the different products and services as well as the daily sales of the products per file

Lead operational changes and developments to optimise processes and business efficiency

- A strong commercial acumen
- Product P&L ownership
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- High level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products
- Strong Project management skills
- Track assigned portfolio based on defined KPIs

**Profile**:

- Significant experience business oriented in telecommunications (+10 years) and at least 3 years of experience of managing a team
- A proven experience in the telecom business market and its technology
- Good analytical skills and ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
- Good creativity and entrepreneurship
- Customer driven mentality
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Team player, highly dedicated and accountable
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus
