**Your role**:

- As our next Customer Success Manager, you will be working on building trusted relationship with our customers by understanding their desired outcomes with our software and services and guiding them through their journey with SustainCert.
- Joining a global, fast-growing organization, you get the opportunity to work on introducing new software and service offerings in the carbon accounting domain.
- Our multicultural team works fully in English.

**You have these claims to fame**:

- 2-5 years in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS company Passion for sustainability and the climate
- Great communication and presenting skills
- Empathy and active listener

**Bonus point if you have**:

- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Experience in accounting, auditing, highly regulated industries.
