We are looking for a

**Commercial Project Manager (M/F/d)**

As a Commercial Project Manager at TMT, you are a key member of the project team and responsible for the commercial part of projects. In your function, you work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the Sales Manager as well as our sales and accounting teams.

**Your main tasks**:

- Responsible for the commercial project set-up and the implementation of all commercial tasks
- Monitor costs and other commercial aspects throughout the project while assuring their traceability
- Support the Project
- and the Sales Manager in related financial matters
- Establishment of bank guarantees and letter of credits in cooperation with banks and customers
- Assist in the preparation of periodic key-performance-indicators
- Preparation of the project structure in the ERP system, determination of budgets and plan costs in cooperation with the Sales team
- Update and follow-up of project activities & organisation of project review meetings
- Monitor the project cash flow, analyse the cost variations and establish result forecasts
- Drive the customer invoicing plan.

**What do we expect?**
- Commercial education or bachelor's degree in business engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Interest in technology; any technical education is considered an advantage
- Feel comfortable handling numbers and foreign currencies
- Fluency in English. French and/or German is considered an asset
- Good communication skills, high commitment and accuracy
- Taking ownership of your projects.
