**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for the **Global Modern Trade Acceleration Specialist**for our Sales Business Development department.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Thanks to your experience you will play an important role in supporting the **creation and implementation of growth strategies**to** accelerate performance in the modern trade channel**, focusing on strategic channels such as **discounters and clubs**.
Your ability to collaborate will be essential in driving initiatives, and in building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
You will **monitor and evaluate performance of trade initiatives and provide insights and recommendations**to senior management on trade strategies and market opportunities. Your analytical mindset will also support in identifying key areas for improvement and ensuring that all actions are grounded in solid data and market trends.
By working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Category teams, you will help coordinating efforts across different regions to ensure a cohesive approach to channel expansion and customer engagement.
**Who we are looking for**:
With an MSc in Management, Marketing, or a related field, along **with 5 to 8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Trade Marketing within FMCG**, or similar industries, or Consulting, you will be positioned to work on a global scale with strong visibility to senior management. Your expertise in these areas will allow you to contribute effectively to high-level strategies and initiatives across the Group.
Your understanding of the complexity of sales relationships, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, intuition, and ability to turn data into actionable points will drive success in this role. You will rely on your solid experience in data analysis to provide valuable insights and engage confidently with top-tier management. These interactions will require both a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver clear, actionable outcomes.
Fluency in English will be key to managing communications across teams, with MS Office proficiency supporting your day-to-day tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Experience working with clubs and discounters is a plus.
