**About this vacancy**:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client's team, with a focus on driving digital transformation projects. You will be playing a key role in shaping business processes and systems using the ServiceNow platform, acting as the bridge between our academic/administrative units and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand Business Needs: Collect and analyze requirements, lead workshops, and document specifications.
- Design and Deliver Solutions: Develop ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with institutional goals; manage implementation and customization.
- Engage Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between technical teams and departments; ensure clear communication and reporting.
- Optimize Processes: Redesign workflows for efficiency and sustainability within the platform.
- Leverage Data: Create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee testing procedures to validate business requirements.
- Promote Knowledge Sharing: Encourage collaboration and stay current with industry trends and platform updates.

**What we expect from you**:
Core Competencies & Skills:

- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective business solutions.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Visio) and methodologies (Agile).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a strong asset; basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
