**Key Responsibilities**:

**Data Management**: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits, in compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.

**Policy Adherence**: Ensure payroll activities align with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.

**Benefits Administration**: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Generate payroll-related reports and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making processes within the HR department and across the organization.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management within the banking or financial services sector.

Fluent in French & English, Italian or Spanish is an asset

Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.

Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as ADP, SAP, or Workday.

Certification in Payroll Administration (CPP, FPC) preferred.
