**Description**

Rol en verantwoordelijkheden:
Rapporterend aan de Depositary and Fiduciary Services Senior Manager, bent u verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de naleving met betrekking tot de beleggingsrichtlijnen van de fondsen, interne beleidsbeslissingen van de raad van bestuur en lokale en buitenlandse regelgevende beperkingen.

Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het toezicht op de naleving van het regelgevingskader voor de fondsensector, de constitutionele en contractuele documenten en het toezicht op de geautomatiseerde en handmatige controle op de naleving van de beleggingsbeperkingen.

Daarnaast werkt u mee aan de interpretatie van de beleggingsbeperkingen en stelt u analyses voor van nieuwe wet
- en regelgeving die van toepassing is op cliënten.
**Profile**

Vereiste ervaring en vaardigheden:

- 2 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de beleggingsfondsensector;
- Universitaire graad in financiën of gelijkwaardig;
- Ervaring met een systeem voor toezicht op de naleving van beleggingsvoorschriften (MIG 21/CRD) is zeker een voordeel;
- ervaring met het toezicht op de naleving van het regelgevingskader voor de fondsensector;
- Uitstekende werkkennis van de regelgeving voor de effecten
- en fondsensector, met de nadruk op de beleggingsfondsensector offshore;
- vertrouwd zijn met de omgeving van een financiële dienstverlener die gespecialiseerd is in UCITS-fondsen en met de vereisten van de fondscompliancefunctie;
- Kunnen communiceren;
- werklast kunnen plannen en organiseren om deadlines te halen, rekening houdend met relatieve prioriteiten;
- uitstekende PC-vaardigheden;
- vloeiend Engels, kennis van het Frans of andere Europese talen is een voordeel.
