**Job Description**:
Our client is a leading provider of fund and corporate services which has a dynamic and innovative culture, renowned for its investment in people and strong client service delivery.
Our client is looking for a Senior Depositary Analyst to join their team to facilitate their depositary services offering within Alternative funds.
Responsibilities include:
- Support client relationships for the depositary services offering, acting as a point of contact and supporting requests for information from internal and external stakeholders
- Effecting depositary duties over a portfolio including safekeeping, cash flow monitoring and oversight. Ensure relevant controls are in place and effected
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and that these are updated accordingly should there be a requirement from an operational or regulatory perspective; work with manager in this regard
- Providing robust and detailed reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
- 2-4 years of experience in similar environments e.g. with depositary or fund accounting or fund administration experience. ACCA or other professional qualification highly appreciated
- Good practical knowledge of working in depositary with alternative funds (private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure)
- Strong client management experience, acting as a point person in the organization
- Practical experience of supervising team members
- Interest in and knowledge of regulations that impact alternative funds and depositary services
- Fluent English is essential, good knowledge of other European languages a plus
