Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity and real estate to corporate and tax matters.
To be based in our Luxembourg office, we are looking for:
**Private Wealth Lawyer / Advisor (M/F)**
The Private Wealth practice is dedicated to advising Luxembourgish and international families, entrepreneurs, and family offices in matters relating to legal planning, investment structuring, and tax. Our assistance ranges from the design of wealth structures to their implementation, estate planning, defence in court hearings, advising on international private law and inheritance issues, as well as help with relocation to Luxembourg and administrative matters.
**Your role**:
- Reinforce our team and assist our domestic and international private clients on various legal issues covering especially matrimonial regimes, civil partnerships, donations, incapacity, settlement of the estates, estate planning etc.;
- Provide tailor-made legal advice as well as innovative solutions to all private clients’ related issues and develop wealth and inheritance schemes for such clients;
- Draft and review documents and agreements;
- Conduct legal research.
- Take part in meetings and/or conference calls with clients with a view to discussing their projects;
- Follow up on client requests, draft opinions and documents under the supervision of the senior lawyers;
- Form part of a small team that will support you in drafting and publishing articles, attending trainings, conferences, and other networking events;
- Be rapidly involved in the knowledge sharing.
**Your profile**:
- You hold a university degree in law from a leading university and are interested in Private Wealth law,
- Ideally you have a first experience in the private wealth practice in Family Offices, Private Banks, or International Law Firms, but it is not a requirement (your tasks will be adjusted to your seniority level);
- You have a perfect command of French (both oral and written). Fluent English is a strong asset;
- You are interested in all aspects of Private Wealth and eager to broaden your knowledge in this field of expertise;
- You are solution driven, reliable, highly organized, and a committed team player;
- You are proactive, creative, and inclined to be part of a young and dynamic team while remaining able to work in an independent manner.
