**Responsibilities**:
Senior Legal and Corporate Officer - Your responsibilities:

- You will have direct communication with clients and other parties (notaries, bankers, accountants, lawyers, etc.).
- You will draft legal documents and make recommendations for our clients' and internal services' advantages.
- You will assist the general Counsel, assisting the EU desk and other business lines in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring contracts and specific legal related requests.
- You will participate in external events and client learning sessions.
- You will take care of the general legal administration within the company's network.
- As a member of the corporate team and participating in all facets of the corporate life of our client's companies.

**Profile**:
Senior Legal and Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

- You have a legal degree (master's degree)
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm, legal department, or corporate department.
- You have a good knowledge and command of Luxembourgish (or French/Belgian) corporate and commercial law; additional experience in EU law is an asset.
- You are fluent in French and English is required.
- The willingness to learn and keep up with the most recent legislative developments.
