**Load Balancing Technologies Architect**

**Location**: Luxembourg

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Load Balancing Technologies Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and optimizing our infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect and Design Load Balancing Solutions**: Lead the design and implementation of load balancing solutions that meet performance, scalability, and high availability requirements.
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Implement and manage infrastructure as code practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration.- Leverage your expertise in NGINX and HAProxy to optimize configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient traffic distribution.- **Performance Optimization**:Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize load balancing configurations to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Security Best Practices**: Implement security best practices in load balancing configurations, including SSL/TLS encryption, WAF, and DDoS protection.
- **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of load balancing configurations, best practices, and standards. Share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Load Balancing Technologies Architect or similar role.
- Strong expertise in NGINX and HAProxy load balancers.
- Experience with F5 load balancers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance.
