**Votre mission : structurer le présent, anticiper le futur**
En tant qu’Enterprise Architect, vous aurez un rôle central dans la définition, l’évolution et la gouvernance de l’architecture globale du système d’information. Vous serez garant(e) de la cohérence technologique, fonctionnelle et stratégique des solutions mises en œuvre dans l’organisation.
**Responsabilités**:
Développement de l'architecture:
- Accompagner les projets architecturaux à travers leurs différentes phases, de l'idéation à la réalisation, en co-construisant des dossiers d’architecture, y compris sur la dimension technologique / IT
- Veiller à ce que les solutions soient alignées sur les stratégies de l’entreprise et de l'informatique, ainsi que sur les normes technologiques et les meilleures pratiques du marché.
- Créer et maintenir des documents de définition de l'architecture et d'autres artefacts architecturaux qui décrivent les architectures actuelles et cibles (surtout domaines : Titres, Paiements, Crédit)
- Expérience en rétro-documentation (mise en place d'une vue AS-IS)
Gouvernance technologique:
- Vérifier que la mise en œuvre est conforme à l'architecture conçue.
- Maintenance du “Architecture Repository” et de l'inventaire de technologies et promouvoir la consolidation.
Collaboration et communication:
- Capacité à diriger des ateliers sur le contenu de l'architecture avec diverses parties prenantes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins et les traduire en solutions architecturales.
- Communiquer des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
- Encadrement des architectes de solutions des différents domaines.
**Profil recherché**:
- Titulaire d’un Bachelor ou Master pertinent
- Avoir au moins 3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire en architecture, ou au moins 5 années d'expérience dans un poste technique en informatique avec une première expérience pertinente en architecture.
- Démontrer une excellente compréhension des couches d'architecture, des technologies et actifs informatiques.
- Être disposé à développer les compétences et à évoluer dans la carrière en architecture d'entreprise.
- Être ouvert d'esprit et curieux pour explorer des sujets très variés.
- Considérer la complexité comme un défi à surmonter.
- Une certification TOGAF est un atout.
