The Team leader Alumni and Advancement Unit provides efficient operational management of the Faculty’s external relations, partnerships, communication and Marketing. Reporting to the Head of faculty administration, the Team leader Alumni and Advancement Unit will manage the following:
**Your Role...**:
- Ensure the day-to-day operational activities of the Alumni and Advancement Unit of the Faculty, which includes managing and developing relationship with the Faculty‘s external stakeholders such as sponsors and institutional partners
- Manage the Alumni and Advancement Unit team members
- Create an efficient reporting tool for the faculty chairs and acts as their main relationship partner
- Coordinate MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the central legal department and the external partners
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with other services such as central communication, student affairs and the international relations office of the University
- Works closely with the Dean’s office and Head of Departments to align the Faculty’s official communication towards external stakeholders
- Establish and manage the alumni and advancement unit budget
- Manage and maintain the internal database of the alumni and advancement unit
**Qualifications...**:
- A university degree. A specialisation in political science or public relations will be considered an advantage
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Proven ability to adapt to new situations, develop and implement creative solutions in a complex, multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment
- Project management skills and a proven record of successfully managing and completing all aspects of projects
- A proven ability to contribute to strategic planning that delivers an efficient external affairs strategy
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, consult, influence and build relationships at a number of levels
- Fluency in English and in French are mandatory; German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage

The **Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance **offers three Bachelor programmes, four Master programmes of Management and Economics and six Masters of Laws (LL.M.), as well as several continuing education courses.
