Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Assistant Administratif (H/F)
Le poste comprend, entre autres, les tâches administratives suivantes:
- Projet d'automatisation de la facturation
- Optimisation des procédures à long terme de la facturation
- Gestion des rappels clients
- Établissement des ordonnances de paiement
- Recouvrement des créances clients
- Vieille juridique des clients
- Gestion des dossiers des bénéficiaires effectifs en relation avec la loi anti-blanchiment
- Évaluation "Compliance" des clients
Votre profil:
- Autonome et consciencieux dans l’accomplissement des tâches demandées
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants, la maîtrise des outils Elea, BOB50 est considérée comme un grand atout
- Maîtrise tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit des langues suivantes : luxembourgeois, français, allemand et anglais

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an administrative assistant.
The position includes, among others, the following administrative tasks:
- Billing automation project
- Optimization of long-term billing procedures
- Management of customer reminders
- Preparation of payment orders
- Collection of customer receivables
- Management of beneficial owner files in relation to anti-money laundering legislation
- Customer compliance assessment
Your profile:
- Autonomous and conscientious in carrying out the tasks required.
- Mastery of current IT tools, mastery of Elea, BOB50 is considered an asset
- Good oral and written skills in the following languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, and English
