Customer Service Agent, Short-term Contract 1 Year

Select has been mandated to recruit a Customer Service Agent. The position is located close to the airport.
You will be involved within the International Team. Your task will be among others:
Handle incoming calls;
Answer questions and requests;
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions;
Book orders;
Follow orders and update status;
Manage claims.
You are comfortable on the phone;
You speak English and French fluently; German and Luxembourgish will be a real asset;
You have a first relevant experience in a call center or after-sales service;
You are team player;
You are out-of-the box thinker.
Our client is a global logistics provider with a presence in more than 200 countries worldwide.
Short-term contract will possibility to convert to a Permanent contract;
