**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**- Implement and configure SAP S/4 service solution incl. SAP FSM based on approved requirements- Manage the integration of SAP FSM with the S/4HANA service module to ensure a seamless process and master data flow- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and integration in line with our guidelines and governances- Optimize SAP S/4 service processes to enhance operational efficiency in close collaboration with I2R stream lead and business leaders- Provide ongoing support and training to users online and on-site in European subsidiaries- Extension of business capabilities by using additional technology like computer telephony integration or document management
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- Proven experience with SAP FSM, S/4HANA service and other cloud-based solutions like SalesForce- Deep understanding of service management processes such as service order management, service contract management, and warranty management- Familiarity with the business processes in industries that use S/4HANA Service, such as manufacturing, utilities, and professional services- Strong understanding of SAP integration processes with focus on BTP CPI or similar technologies- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure a high level of customer service- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams- General mobility is required ( approx.. 25%)- Fluent in English
