With a dedicated LC&FI division, we serve over 2,000 large corporate customers and 1,100 financial institutions across the Nordics, Germany, the United Kingdom, and beyond. Our extensive international network ensures that we are there for our clients wherever they operate.

Investor Services is a business unit that covers the Nordics, Luxembourg and the Baltics from a home market perspective - deliver services that form the foundation of the relationship between financial institutions and SEB. The primal offerings towards Nordic Financial Institutions are labelled Investor World and cover a range of services tailored for Nordic investors. Our infrastructure and services also support our hedge fund segment and its prime brokerage offering. Investor Services in Luxembourg consists of 12 people split into two teams: Depositary Services & Oversight and Client Services.

In Luxembourg our client segment consists mainly of investment funds (UCITS and AIF) and some large corporates. Depositary Services & Oversight is focused on the oversight of our funds but is also in charge of other asset safekeeping and cash flow monitoring.

**About the role**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transformation Officer/Manager to join our team and lead transformative initiatives that enhance efficiency, leverage technology, ensure regulatory compliance, and utilize data to drive business decisions.

You will work with a wide range of assignments from small to large, from ad-hoc to strategic and connected to one of the four areas below:

- **Increase Efficiency**: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- **Technology and Automation**: Drive the adoption of new and develop existing technologies and automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Independently following regulatory developments, ensure all changes comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of compliance and risk management.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Collect, analyze, and utilize data to monitor business performance, identify risks, and drive strategic decisions.

Further we may need your support in
- Leading or supporting initiatives in Depositary Services globally
- Assisting with sales activities and leading the onboarding of new clients
- Taking over some team internal processes
- Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks occasionally.

Further we believe you have
- University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or audit
- A proven track record of high-quality deliveries in a fast-paced and professional work environment
- Experience in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
- A positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to be equally comfortable being hands-on and detailed, or providing high-level oversight as needed
- Ability to challenge the status quo, the drive to create efficient, risk-controlled, and robust processes
- Excellent verbal and written languages skills in English, any other languages are considered an advantage
