**_ Key Responsibilities:_**:

- **Advanced User Support**:

- Act as the escalation point for unresolved Microsoft Office Suite issues from first-level technical support.
- **Incident and Problem Management**:

- Collaborate with the development team or escalate to third-level support to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
- **Application Testing and Validation**:

- **Documentation and Knowledge Management**:

- Develop, update, and maintain user-facing documentation, such as user guides, FAQs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting support procedures and resolutions.

**_Qualifications and Requirements:_**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma in the IT domain or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite support, including advanced configurations and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with basic testing procedures and tools is a plus.
- **Languages**:

- Fluency in both **French** and **English** is required.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
