This is an interesting opportunity to embark on an exciting journey as a pivotal member of an international real estate consortium, committed to crafting a sustainable tomorrow through visionary design and construction. As a Senior Group Accountant, you will report to the Head of Accounting and you will be in charge of handling the financial statements of the company, will do a comprehensive assessment of the totals and balance lists produced by the accounting department in adherence to Lux GAAP, and will be in charge of the consolidation process.
You will be responsible for compiling separate financial reports for a collective of ten companies headquartered in Luxembourg, Malta, and Ireland, but not limited to it.

**Your Main Responsibilities**:
- Gathering and organizing relevant documents, including account statements, deposit confirmations, payroll records, invoices (both incoming and outgoing), and contracts, for archival purposes
- Meeting reporting requirements for group accounting and serving as the primary point of contact for tax advisors and auditors
- Creating booking templates required for expenses and income accruals, interest, and repayment schedules, as well as interest accruals
- Submitting receipts and booking templates to the accounting team, while managing various service providers
- Actively participating in various improvement projects and in the improvement of the group’s accounting processes
- University degree (bachelor’s or similar) in Economics, or Accounting
- At least 5 -6 years of working experience in financial accounting, with exposure to the Real Estate sector
- Very good knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP - preparing consolidated accounts
- Proficient in Excel
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German are a must, good knowledge of French is a plus
- Problem solver, passionate about process optimizations, and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
