**Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients accurately and efficiently
- Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including tax calculations, benefits, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to payroll and employment
- Address any payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in payroll processing and administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
