**_ Corporate Officer AML/KYC_**_ - Your Role :_**

As a Corporate Officer AML/KYC, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of the fiduciary's operations. Your key duties will include:

- ** Documentation and administration**: managing client files and ensuring administrative follow-up.
- ** AML/KYC**: handling compliance procedures, monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations.
- ** Board meetings**: preparing documents, taking minutes, and following up on decisions.
- ** Updating official circulars** and other documents.
- Providing **support** on various tasks related to accounting and internal management processes.

**_ Corporate Officer AML/KYC_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- You are fluent in **French** and **English**. **Italian** is a plus, and any additional language will be appreciated.
- You possess a **strong personality**, with flexibility, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
- You have a **bachelor's** degree in law or finance.
- You are autonomous, meticulous, and proficient in **Excel** and **AML/KYC** regulations.
- A **minimum of 2 years' experience** in a fiduciary setting is required.
