Notre podcast grandit vite, mais nous voulons aller encore plus loin. Nous cherchons un **expert en stratégie et distribution de contenu** qui saura structurer, développer et maximiser l’impact de notre podcast sur **toutes les plateformes**.
**Ta mission, si tu acceptes **:
**Optimiser la production** : structurer notre workflow et nos process pour gagner en efficacité.
**Amplifier notre distribution** : exploiter **YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn** et d’autres canaux pour toucher la bonne audience.
**Booster la visibilité** : créer et tester des stratégies de promotion pour maximiser l’engagement et l’acquisition d’auditeurs.
**Développer des formats percutants** : exploiter le long format, les extraits courts, les vidéos teaser et les articles pour **multiplier les points de contact** avec notre audience.
**Monétiser et scaler** : explorer les opportunités de partenariats, de sponsoring et de growth marketing.
**Profil recherché**:
- Tu as une **expérience avérée** dans la gestion et la croissance de podcasts ou de contenus médias.
- Tu es à l’aise avec les **stratégies digitales et social media**, et tu sais comment capter l’attention en ligne.
- Tu maîtrises les outils d’édition de contenu (vidéo, audio, visuel) et les plateformes de diffusion.
- Tu es **créatif(ve), data-driven et passionné(e)** par le contenu à fort impact.
