Nous représentons une entreprise internationale du secteur industriel, dont la holding est basée à Luxembourg ville, dans le cadre du recrutement d’un Business Analyst / Concepteur en Business Intelligence (BI).
Au sein du service "Gestion de l'Information", relevant de la Direction du Contrôle de Gestion Groupe, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
Contribution au choix des outils applicatifs.
Collecte des besoins des utilisateurs, rédaction de cahiers des charges, modélisation éventuelle, supervision des développements et validation.
Paramétrage, développement et maintenance des rapports.
Promotion des outils, formation des utilisateurs et assistance dans leur utilisation.
Rédaction de manuels utilisateurs et modes opératoires.
Proposition de nouveaux contenus et/ou rapports.
**Profil recherché**:
Formation orientée Systèmes de Gestion de l'Information avec un intérêt pour le métier (gestion, finance, consolidation) ou formation métier (financier : contrôle de gestion/consolidation, contrôle industriel) avec un intérêt pour les Systèmes d'Information.
Alternativement, première expérience en finance (consolidation, contrôle financier/industriel) avec sensibilité aux SI orientés reporting/décisionnel, ou première expérience en SI (reporting) avec un intérêt pour la finance/gestion (consolidation, contrôle financier/industriel).
Excellente communication interpersonnelle et goût pour le travail en équipe.
Autonomie, capacité à prioriser, à placer des jalons et à reporter sur l'avancement.
Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse, d'expression et aptitude à documenter.
Capacité à challenger les clients/utilisateurs et à convertir leurs besoins en cahier des charges.
Orienté solutions, notions de modélisation (entité-relation et processus).
Connaissance des outils de reporting/BI multidimensionnels (Webi, SAC, Power BI, etc.).
Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office/365, en particulier Excel avancé serait un plus.
Notions de base en bases de données (SQL, modèles relationnels).
