**About the Role**:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an **Insurance Manager**. This position is responsible for managing insurable risks, insurance policies, and claims, as well as implementing the Group's insurance strategy as part of the global insurance programs.
**Main Responsibilities**:
As the Insurance Manager, you'll oversee a range of responsibilities. You'll** manage all aspects of our global insurance programs**, from defining coverage to handling administrative tasks and the renewal process. Thanks to your keen eye for detail, you'll ensure that our coverage is comprehensive, and our processes are streamlined.
Your role also involves **efficient claims management**. You'll be instrumental in** assessing and processing claims**, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Your expertise in this area will be invaluable in safeguarding our organization's interests.
Collaboration is key in this role. You'll** work closely with risk assessment teams** to identify potential risks and develop effective **mitigation strategies**. By leveraging your analytical skills, you'll contribute to the proactive management of risks, helping to protect our organization's assets and reputation.
**Who we are looking for**:
With** 8 to 10 years of experience in the insurance industry** as a** manager or broker**, you possess relevant expertise that aligns with our needs. Thanks to your background, you have acquired **valuable insights into managing insurance programs** and handling claims, making you well-equipped for this role.
While a** deep understanding of the global consumer goods business** and operating models would be advantageous, your familiarity with **Enterprise Risk Management principles**, although not mandatory, would further enhance your suitability for this role.
