- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung unserer ESG-Richtlinien sowie Konzernstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Geschäftsbereichen und Funktionen
- Weiterentwicklung der produktspezifischen und konzernweiten Nachhaltigkeitsberichte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten zur Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten ESG Strategie, Richtlinien, KPIs und Ziele sowie zur Optimierung der internen Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte
- Sicherstellung des korrekten Monitorings und der Umsetzung aktueller und zukünftiger regulatorischer Anforderungen in den Bereichen ESG und Nachhaltigkeit mit besonderem Fokus auf deutsche und luxemburgische Regulierung sowie der EU-Regulierung als Leitlinie
- Erstellung von ESG-Analysen sowie kontinuierlicher Research
- Durchführung von ESG IT-Implementierungsprojekten und Erarbeitung innovativer digitaler Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung
- Eigenständige Erfassung von Gebäudedaten und Mitwirkung beim systematischen Ausbau des internen ESG Datenmanagements
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Transaktions-, Fonds
- oder Investmentmanagement, vorzugsweise mit einem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
- Ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität und hohen Analysefähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel
- Selbstständige, lösungs
- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
