**Company Description**
IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery. We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Take care of all invoicing matters from A to Z.
- Translate contracts into the invoicing system and ensure our clients receive an accurate and timely invoice.
- Liaise with senior staff members such as client relationship directors resolving billing issues, invoicing approvals, follow up on pending items and act as a point of contact for any invoicing matters.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders and coordinating with other departments ensuring all services are timely and accurately billed, setting up clients for billing, issuing invoices and credit notes, assessing the accuracy of revenue accruals.
- Setting up of services, invoices and credit notes generation
- Monitoring specific invoicing processes
- Checking and updating client information based on information received from Business Unit
- Creating adhoc analysis, models and reporting using the Data Warehouse
- Assisting Senior Manager invoicing during monthly closing (work in progress, additional provision, follow up overruns )
- Contributing to the optimization of processes
- Assisting for testing any updates that involve billing
**Qualifications**
- BAC +2 in Accountancy / Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of operational financial administrative experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel in particular
- Flexible and stress resistant
- Savvy or at least interested in IT matters
- Interested in accounting and VAT aspects
- Autonomous and pro-active nature
- Focus on detail
- Creative and pragmatic approach when issues arise
- Good command of English (both written and spoken), French and/or German is an asset
- Interest in the Luxembourg funds market is highly recommended
