For our client, a Banking Institution based in Luxembourg, FAST Recruitment is looking for a Supervisor Bank Accounting who will supervise and monitor the daily accounting transactions and reports performed by the Accounting Officers, and control all regulatory reports related to the bank accounting activity. The Supervisor Bank Accounting will prepare specific documents upon request and assist managers in the preparation of their yearly provisional budget.

Areas of result and main activities:
Supervise and validate tasks performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers:

- Supervise internal & group daily reports, validate the analysis of differences performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers, and ensure that reports are sent by Senior Bank Accounting officers to third party within the deadline
- Supervise the regulatory daily reports (Balance of Payment, regulators such as CSSF-LCB), validate the analysis of differences performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers, and ensure that reports are sent by Senior bank Accounting officers to third party within the deadline
- Ensure the smooth information-sharing with the others departments

Manage production of monthly/quarterly/Annual reports and other specific requested documents related to the bank accounting activity:

- Review assessments of monthly result performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers
- Review and validate the monthly analysis performed by Senior Bank Accounting officers
- Prepare the monthly internal reports to be submitted to the Management Committee of the Bank
- Prepare the COREP - Liquidity & Large exposure regulatory reporting to be submitted to the authorities (CSSF & BCL) and ensure the proper sending to the related institutions
- Prepare specific requested documents by the Management Committee or done for regulatory reasons (e.g. concentration risk, ) and submit them for validation to the related manager
- Prepare specific reports requested by regulatory institutions based on circulars (e.g. AGDL, Provision survey,) and submit them for validation to the related manager
- Handle incoming regulatory related requests and questions from the regulatory institutions or auditors, ensure follow-up and relate with the external IT-provider for the regulatory software

Assist the Head of Bank Accounting in the smooth operation of the department
- Support and coach Senior Bank Accounting officers in their daily job and ensure the fair distribution of tasks
- Perform the daily tasks of the Senior Bank Accounting officers if necessary

Technical Competencies
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar environment
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg Financial Sector regulations
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good knowledge of Olympic
- Good knowledge of Plexus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
