Our client, a **small-sized investment structure** located near Kirchberg, focuses on a large publicly listed industrial group. Specializing in regulated funds, this **family-owned company** consists of fewer than **5 people is known for its dynamic, close-knit, and human work environment.** They are seeking a versatile and skilled accountant to strengthen their team and become a key player in managing their financial and accounting activities.
**Accountant - Key Responsibilities**:
- Recording and processing invoices, managing payments, daily operations, preparing financial statements, and balance sheets.
- Handling dividend payments, financial reporting, and cash management.
- Recording bonds, derivatives, and foreign exchange transactions on bond funds.
- Utilizing Bloomberg to track and manage investments.
- Liaising with auditors and custodians to ensure operational compliance.
- You will work closely with the CEO, overseeing all financial and legal activities of the regulated structure under CSSF supervision.
**Accountant - Your Profile**:
- A minimum of **8 years of experience in accounting,** with a focus on **listed** **bond** and/or **derivative** funds into general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial and accounting tools, knowledge of regulated standards, and experience with Bloomberg.
- Fluency in both **French and English** is required. Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not a requirement.
- Flexibility, openness to learning, professionalism, and a desire to develop skills in AML/KYC.
- You will receive direct training from the CEO, who is eager to build a strong internal team for the company's operations.
