Job description
Mantu is looking for a Junior Tax Officer to join our vibrant team in Luxembourg.
Mission Description
1. Corporate tax
**I. Transfert pricing**:
Updating and adjusting transfer pricing documents (Local file, Master file)
Implement transfer pricing requirements (CBCR)
**II. Direct and indirect tax**:
Following up on ongoing tax audits
Assisting financial partners in completing annual tax returns
Following up on tax loss carryforwards and tax credits
Creating and submitting tax documentation
Answering VAT recovery-related questions
Managing foreign VAT recovery
2. Structuration
I. Group organizational chart
Shareholding structure (payment of dividends etc.)
Performing intra-group merger tax analysis
Management Package implementation / follow up
Assisting with due diligence tasks for the acquisition of external companies
III. IT
Assisting with the integration of the tax department into the group's ERP system
Profile Requirement
Master's degree in Tax Law or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
French and English fluent
