**YOUR MISSION**:
The main tasks of the student are associated to the portfolio administration. In more detail, the tasks include:
**Support of the Operation Team**
- Exercising of certain reporting activities for both internal and external client reports
- Updating and development of tables and reports
- Reconciliation of bank and position data
- Invoice management and document handling
- Support general operations activities

**Administrative Tasks**
- Ensure correct data input in in-house system (“DataScope”); care and reconciliation of the performance data of target funds
- Other tasks may be assigned to the student as the day to day business may require

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Economic course of studies
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
- Confident handling of numbers
- Strong attention to detail
- PC literate (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
