**Contract Analysis**: Review company contracts in detail at group level, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

**Collaboration with HR Directors**: Work closely with Human Resources Directors at group level to ensure consistency of HR policies and compliance with established procedures.

**Audit of Working Conditions**: Carry out regular audits of working conditions within the company, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

**Salary Analysis**: Carry out in-depth salary analyses, drawing up salary scales adapted to the various profiles within the organization.
- University degree in Human Resources, Labor Law or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and management of working conditions, ideally at group level.
- Solid understanding of human resources issues and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to conduct salary analyses and make strategic recommendations.
