The EMEA Category Manager (Maintenance Parts & Capex) is part of the EMEA Purchasing team & reports to the EMEA Purchasing Director.

He is responsible of the sourcing of Spare parts materials throughout the European sites; he is directly negotiating or involved in the negotiation of the technical Capex and maintenance parts.

This mission includes:
- defining & implementing a purchasing strategy, in line with the Group strategy and objectives, and ensuring its execution with site,- negotiating prices on an ad-hoc basis,- being the interface between the sites and the suppliers.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop a mid-term - long-term strategy on his category supporting the business targets in cost, service, quality, and sustainability- Follow and report the category performance with his sites counterparts- Benchmark the EMEA spare parts category with other Tarkett divisions and with external data- Ensure Technical Capex costs are negotiated with suppliers including one-off services and maintenance costs.

Total spends EMEA Maintenance Parts: 24 M€ (16 sub-categories); Technical Capex 15-20 M€

Skills & Education:
Technical experience, in Purchasing or in Maintenance is a must - an Engineering diploma is required.

Le Category Manager EMEA (Pièces Détachées - Capex) fait partie de l'équipe Achats EMEA et est rattaché au Directeur des Achats EMEA. Il est responsable de l'approvisionnement en pièces détachées pour l'ensemble des sites européens ; il négocie directement ou participe à la négociation des dépenses de Capex et des pièces de maintenance.

Cette mission comprend:
- la définition et la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie d'achat, en accord avec la stratégie et les objectifs du Groupe ;- négocier les prix sur une base ad hoc ;- être l'interface entre les sites et les fournisseurs

Principales responsabilités:
- Développer une stratégie à moyen et long terme pour sa catégorie en soutenant les objectifs de l'entreprise en matière de coût, de service, de qualité et de durabilité- Suivre et piloter la performance de la catégorie en lien avec les acheteurs site.- Comparer la catégorie EMEA Pièces détachées avec d'autres divisions de Tarkett et avec des données externes.- S'assurer que les coûts techniques/Capex soient négociés avec chaque fournisseur, y compris les services ponctuels et les coûts de maintenance.

Dépenses totales pour les pièces détachées pour EMEA : 24 millions d'euros (16 sous-catégories) ; Dépenses de Capex : 15-20 millions d'euros.

Compétences et formation:
Une expérience technique, dans les achats ou dans la maintenance est indispensable - un diplôme d'ingénieur est requis.
