Client Service Management

**Who we are looking for**

The Officer in the Account Opening team in Luxembourg will be mainly responsible of the oversight of the BOAT CST and FSU Team in Poland and needs as such good experience in the whole Account Opening set up and different market requirements.

You will have direct relationship with the various internal teams of the bank (risk, compliance, tax, Change Mabnagement Team, legal, etc) as well as with the clients, notaries and other Luxembourg administrations.

**What you will be responsible for**

As Client Service Management - Account Opening - Officer you will

 Be escalation point for clients, and also internally (PMO, CSO, CRM) and helping to solve issues

 Participate to Sub-custodian/client calls on sensitive items and complex projects

 Weekly BAU Meeting with BOAT CST PL to review all critical items

 Timeliness on Openings of non documentary markets/cash account/documentary markets/name changes/renewals and market updates (via monthly KPI)

 Review of specific events in case the BOAT CST PL team needs assistance

 Review of Monthly AOM NON DOC/DOC Team KPI’s (timeframe to open non documentary and documentary markets, as well as linkages, amendments)

 Attend weekly DOC/BOAT CST meeting to improve current process in place
- Improving processes in place
- Preparing Monthly reports fr senior management (Business Risk Report, Management Committee Report)

 Monthly review of the LUX OMNI Matrix (sent by AOM Team located in Gdansk, based on Master Fund Database/Depo report):

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Luxembourg investment fund legal structures and regulations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills: ability to interact clearly and concisely as well as to provide timely and professional responses to internal and external inquiries.
- Service/client oriented: Committed to ensuring client satisfaction using appropriate interpersonal skills and demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- Good team player
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)
- English (fluent, spoken and in writing)
