Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Foyer Assurances recherche pour son équipe Banques et Captives un(e) **Team Leader (H/F)**

Le Team Leader gérera et soutiendra l'équipe dans le quotidien afin de répondre aux attentes de nos clients et intermédiaires.

**Vos mission**:

- Vous prendrez en charge les demandes de tarification de nouveaux clients en direct ou par un intermédiaire
- Vous etablisserez les nouveaux contrats,avenants et autres documentations
- Vous aiderez l’intermédiaire et le client à déceler les besoins en couverture d’assurance
- Vous proposerez des solutions/couvertures adapté aux besoins du client
- Vous respecterez la politique de souscription en vigueur
- Vous effectuerez des visites de risques avant acceptation de risque
- Periodiquement vous serez amené à rendre visite au client
- Vous gérerez votre portefeuille clients ( en termes de rentabilité, cross-selling, qualité de service et de développement)
- Vous assisterez aux évènements commerciaux organisés par la Compagnie
- Vous serez fort de proposition afin de soutenir le développement rentable du chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise

**De part votre statut de Team leader vous devrez également**:

- Superviser l’équipe afin de répartir équitablement le travail
- Assister l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs définis
- Promouvoir la communication au sein de l’équipe

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire idéalement en Finance, Assurance
- Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans à un poste de Team leader et de plus de 10 ans dans la souscription de risques d'entreprise
- Vous êtes résistant au stress, flexible et rigoureux.
- Vous faites preuve d’initiative.
- Vous possédez un bon esprit d’analyse et vous savez travailler en autonomie et en équipe
- Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et une orientation client,
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français et l'anglais. Le luxembourgeois et l'allemand ainsi que toutes autres langues seront considérées comme un avantage
- Vous êtes un leader né et saurez gérez votre équipe afin de faire ressortir le meilleur de chaque membre.
