**The opportunity**:
A Visual Content Specialist is required to join our Luxembourg Content Team on a full-time basis. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who will manage and oversee the visual asset preparation and upload, the distribution of data across various platforms, as well as the publication of digital content, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with the objectives and voice of various brand.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Prepare, resize, edit and format visual assets and upload them on various platforms (internal tools and e-retailer platforms)
- Open and manage cases/tickets and follow up on e-retailer platforms
- Ensure all content is uploaded according to established guidelines, standards, and schedules, maintaining accuracy, consistency, efficiency and quality across platforms
- Ensure internal tools and e-retailer platforms remain updated and clean
- Perform continuous monitoring and online control (Quality Assurance)
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to visual content uploads, including file formatting, compatibility, and technical errors
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and project managers, to receive content assets and specifications for upload
- Identify opportunities for improving the workflow efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital content publishing and distribution

**What we want from you**:

- University/college degree (preferably in visual arts, marketing or a related field)
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work with various platforms and software solutions: PXM, PIM, DAM systems, internal tools, e-commerce platforms. Tech-savvy and fast-learner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Language: Written/verbal proficiency skills in English are required, other EU languages are an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team
- EU work permit

**If you know some of this, even better**:

- Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Figma
- Knowledge of SEO best practices & metadata
