**Praktikum Real Estate Transaction**
Für unser Büro in Munsbach-Luxemburg suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Termin - Praktikanten (m/w/d)
Was sie erwartet
Einsicht und aktive Mitwirkung im Geschäftsbetrieb - vom Objekteinkauf bis zur Transaktion
Erstellen von Angebots
- und Präsentationsunterlagen (z.B. Exposés)
Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung und Erprobung von Marketing
- und Vertriebsstrategien
Mitwirken beim Erstellen von Verträgen (z.B. Mandate, Miet-/Kaufverträge)
Sie lernen den Umgang mit einem modernen CRM-System
Ihr Profil
Studium oder Ausbildung mit der Fachrichtung z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Vertrieb, Marketing oder Bau-/Immobilienwirtschaft oder anderer Ausbildungen mit z.B. administrativem Bezug.
Gute Sprachkenntnisse zumindest mündlich sind hilfreich, neben Deutsch insbesondere Französisch und Englisch. Eine gewisse Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
