**Your team**
We have a great new role opportunity for you to join our Luxembourg-based Global Real Estate business, in our Fund Accounting department. You will report directly to the Senior Director and will collaborate with a variety of teams within Fund Accounting. You will be part of a well-established team, where plenty of support will be available to you.

**Your role**
In cooperation with and guided by the Treasury Manager your role is to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services while ensuring strong controls.

We will be looking for you to understand manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Manage day-to day activities in treasury functions to meet the funds’ financial obligations and repatriation objectives and coordinate the regular monitoring (updating) of the Funds Flows. Identification and monitoring of Equity / income flows within Fund structure / business plans.
You will be liaising with other departments: - Ensuring business plans are properly implemented (income vs equity, financing rate etc) and address specific issues. Your role of Treasury Officer will also involve

If you can bring Treasury/cash management experience in a treasury environment along with experience in cash management and financial analysis then this is a great role to learn and develop in. Knowledge of Treasury, banking and financial instruments is key and the ability to model and drive cash forecasting using advanced Excel skills is a plus.

We are looking for a team player who can prioritize and remain calm in a face paced changing environment where working to deadlines is key.
