En tant que Data Protection Specialist, vous serez responsable de garantir la conformité aux réglementations en matière de protection des données, tout en participant à la sécurité des systèmes d'information. Ce rôle clé est une composante stratégique au sein de l'organisation, en particulier dans le secteur financier, où la protection des informations et la conformité sont essentielles.

**Data Protection Specialist - Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Assurer la conformité avec les lois sur la protection des données (notamment RGPD), et élaborer des politiques internes de protection des données.
- Réaliser des analyses d'impact sur la protection des données (DPIA) et identifier les risques liés au traitement des données personnelles.
- Former le personnel aux bonnes pratiques de protection des données et les sensibiliser à la sécurité de l'information.
- Coordonner la réponse en cas de violation de données et informer les autorités compétentes ainsi que les personnes concernées.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements IT pour garantir que les systèmes respectent les normes de sécurité des données et répondre aux nouvelles exigences réglementaires (ex : DORA).
- Fournir des conseils sur des projets impliquant des données personnelles et garantir une conformité continue.

**Data Protection Specialist - Profil recherché**:

- Vous disposez d'un Master en Droit, avec une spécialisation ou une forte exposition à la protection des données et aux technologies de l'information.
- Entre 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en protection des données, idéalement acquise en cabinet de conseil, cabinet d'avocats ou au sein du secteur bancaire.
- Certifications en protection des données (ex : CIPP/E) sont un atout supplémentaire.
- Compétences IT solides, incluant la maîtrise des systèmes d'information et des outils Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant pour sensibiliser les équipes que pour rédiger des rapports clairs et détaillés.
- Vous parlez couramment anglais et avez un bon niveau de français, essentiel pour communiquer avec les membres de l'équipe.

- Rémunération à partir de 75 000€ brut annuel (sur 13 mois).
- Tickets restaurant à 10,80€, bonus discrétionnaire, 34 jours de congé annuel.
