Your home base will be our dynamic and newly built office in Luxembourg, located at Cloche d’Or. We’ll equip you with a state-of-the-art technology package that helps you keep in touch, wherever you are. We also offer an attractive internship indemnity.

**What you’ll effectively do**:
Reporting to the Country Finance Manager and embedded in a team of accountants, you will be part of the Investment Accounting team focusing on our Logistics properties based in Germany and you will support their daily operations.

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy of all property manager bookings including reconciliation of rental income to rent rolls, review of all service charge costs and income and accurate allocation of non-recoverable property costs;
- Day to day accounting for PropCos and HoldCos including, bank reconciliations, invoice review, monthly accruals, depreciation, etc.;
- Assist in preparation of supporting schedules - loan and interest calculations, depreciation and amortization schedules, etc.;
- Assist in preparation of periodic VAT returns;
- Assist in preparation of all local, IFRS and Group GAAP adjustments;
- Assist consolidations and sub-consolidations;
- Preparation of Luxembourg GAAP stand-alone and consolidated financial statements;
- Intercompany reconciliations and regular intercompany settlements where applicable;
- Assistance to the (interim) audit process, ensuring completion on a timely basis;

Asset Management, Acquisitions & Sales Support
- Support asset management team with ad hoc financial information / analysis as required;
- Support in monitoring operating budgets, liquidity and cash management for investments;

Other Responsibilities
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for all financial reporting processes;
- Liaison with 3rd party property managers and finance teams across Europe;
- Ad hoc project work;

**Who you are**
- Student in Finance
- Accounting having to perform an academic internship
- Recent bachelor graduate wishing to perform a practical internship within 12 months following graduation
- Holder of a Luxembourg work authorization

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Your flexibility and ability to multitask and set priorities among a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Your positive attitude. You bring energy and you are a team player
- Very good written and verbal English skills.
- Good command in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel )

**The internship is starting as soon as you can for ideally a period of 6 months.**
