Our job opportunity_**:
Today, we are currently recruiting **a Administrative Assistant - Infrastructure & Projects Department.**
**_
Your responsibilities_**
- **_Your daily tasks_**
- Acting as organizational support to department management
- Carrying out administrative tasks inherent to the department
- Participating in drawing up and monitoring the department's documentary traceability
- Managing and centralizing information, organize logistics for the department
- Actively supporting the follow-up of departmental projects by organizing meetings and drafting minutes.
- Ordering and managing stocks of office supplies required for the smooth running of the department
- Standing in for the other assistants in managing the department's diary, and receiving and answering calls from their contacts
- **_Your other missions_**
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior**_
The required profile_**
- Studies / training_
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience- Experience_
4 years of experience in a similar role- Skills and knowledge required_
- **_IT Tools_**
- Mandatory:_
Microsoft Office suite
- **_Languages_**
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
Nice-to-have:
- German / Luxembourgish: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.
