MAIN MISSION
As part of the Private Equity Desk - Transfer Agent team, you will be responsible for maintaining the investor register of the alternative investment funds and related companies administered by the Private Equity & Real Estate Desk (Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Assets asset classes).
DUTIES
- Prepare various documents in relation with investor transactions: subscription agreements/redemption notices, share transfer agreement, contract notes;
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculation and notices;
- Prepare actualization interest/equalization amounts calculations;
- Execute and review cash reconciliations for incoming and outgoing funds;
- Coordination with internal departments: AML/KYC, Compliance, Fund accounting, Reporting;
- Reporting to clients (GP and fund manager), investors and third parties (AIFM, depositary banks, auditors).
PROFILE
- Knowledge of the alternative investment fund industry;
- 1 to 3 years in Transfer Agency in Alternative Investment Funds (private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure);
- Proactive with a client service orientated attitude;
- Very well organized;
- Sense of prioritization;
- Attention to details;
- Flexible and stress resistant;
- Fluent in English and French;Knowledge of eFront FIA is an asset.
