**Summary**:
The primary role of the Registrar and Transfer Agent Officer is to deal with investors’ on-boarding and to maintain the shareholders’ register of intra-group UCITS funds and third-party alternative investment funds (AIF).

**Key requirements**
- Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as dividend distributions
- Issuance and transmission to the investors of capital notices
- Maintenance of the shareholders register
- Chasing investors in case of missing and/or incomplete documents and late payment of subscription monies
- Following-up on auditors requests relating to investors documentation

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/business economics/accountancy.
- 2+ years of experience in Luxembourg in AIF and UCITS.
- Fluency in English and French.
