Working within a mid-sized, English-speaking team, the focus is on mutual support and collaboration. **Payroll Expert - Your Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions, working closely with both the HR department and external payroll providers.
- Oversee payroll activities across European branches, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accuracy.
- Handle tasks linked to the social secretariat, addressing employee queries and becoming a key resource in HR operations.
- Contribute to various projects involving personal tax and other HR responsibilities as needed.
- Work in collaboration with international offices to ensure uniformity and the adoption of best practices.

**Payroll Expert - Your Profile**:

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Payroll, HR, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing payroll, with a particular emphasis on handling payroll in multiple European countries.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations, enabling you to provide strategic insights and support HR operations.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to thrive in a fully English-speaking work environment.
