**Tax Compliance Manager - Your responsibilities**:
- Compliance: You will oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including IS (Income Tax), IF (Wealth Tax), and TVA (Value-Added Tax) reporting. This includes the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
- Tax Accounting: You will be in charge of calculating the provision for income tax within the framework of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the tax reporting of subsidiaries and liaising with auditors on tax-related matters.
- Tax Controls and Administration: You will handle tax audits and maintain a constructive relationship with tax authorities. Your ability to manage tax-related inquiries and examinations will be vital in ensuring compliance and minimizing any potential risks.
- Transactions and M&A: You will collaborate with external advisors and consultants on tax matters related to various transactions and mergers and acquisitions, providing essential tax insights and guidance.

- Proven experience of at least **5 years in tax compliance**, tax accounting, and tax planning, preferably in a similar role within an international investment or holding company.
- French for the internal atmosphere and international tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in** French and English** languages (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with stakeholders from different regions.
- Autonomous and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify tax-related opportunities and challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster **positive relationships** with internal teams, external consultants, and tax authorities.
